Local: Delayed Mode in W-Space

So scanners will be needed more to see who if anyone is in your system - as well as find exploration sites to get sleeper drops etc.

Should be a "fun" change - no immediate way to know if anyone is in your local...

They've officially announced it (http://myeve.eve-online.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1002389&page=1#14) but it's very weird not to know who's in local.

FYI: You don't need probes to find things - you can still scan within 5AU and have something that's warpable.
You just use the probe scanning interface without any probes launched and hit the scan button - takes about 30s.

Scanning is currently quasi broken on SISI - the probes don't move to their new locations.
You can get around the problem using the old approach of warping to celestials and making BM's until it's fixed.
