Profession: Prospecting

Does one need Mastery of Master Prospecting to learn the next (new in MoM) level of the trade?

Or is working my way through Mastery (406 so far) merely enough?

once you are a Master, i.e. first level of that Tier,  you can learn Supreme by speaking to the trainer.
