So, anyone decided what class they want to go with yet?
Kurtt will be my main, and he'll be Jedi without a doubt.
Other than that, Trooper of BH looks good. Its a shame BH is going to be faction specific (Sith in this case), as I enjoyed being a Rebel BH back in my SWG days :)

think im going smuggler there will be so many jedi i want to be different to start with and have a jedi alt later.
thats if i even play this game want more info first before i decide been burnt too many times recently with mmo's.

I'm not sure you'll ever get to play this game kurtt, theres a high probability you will have exploded in a cloud of excitement prior to its release.

think they have said there will be 4 classes each side
sith/bounty hunter
jedi/smuggler/trooper ...... sith and jedi not confimed yet but i think they have made comments that mean they are in.
so 3 classes to go.

will it be a clearfaction divide? as that would seem a bit unecessary if its all choice based etc then u should be able to speak to any faction so you can get turned to the darkside by members of the other faction, and by possibly grouping with members of the opposing faction? lots of possibilities for it really.

not sure which side i would choose although bound to either kill people by error or slash down any npcs that bore me to death with lore and yak on over my 15 second attention span so probs darkside.

I thought you'd be able to become more light or dark side through your actions.
That'd mean: "soldier" class/ jedi <-> sith class/ smuggler / bounty hunter = 4

4 each side is the impression i get the going to the darkside thing is a bit unclear what i read is that you could be darkside but still support the republic so im not sure you can start lightside then switch sides through your actions.
but they have not really released any concrete info so only time will tell.

Something that involves as much grouping as possible. And is probably not Sith or Jedi (imagine the sheer number of mouth breathers that will roll this at release?!).

They didn't exactly have alien monks loitering around Mos Eisley starport. :)
Running around between team members clutching cut-off appendages seems a bit boring - and the regeneration tanks don't seem portable enough. ;)

- Commando - Heavy Blaster Cannon, Grenades, Ranged DPS.
- Vanguard - Blaster Rifle, Energy Shields and Defense, Tank.
Bounty Hunter.
- Powertech - Flamethrower, Energy Shields and Defense, Tank.
- Mercenary - Dual Wield Guns, Missiles, Ranged DPS.
Smuggler.
- Scoundrel - Blaster ‘Shot Gun’, Stealth, Medicine, Burst ranged damage.
- Gunslinger - Dual Pistols, Quickdraw / Fast Attacks, Ranged DPS.
Sith Warrior.
- Sith Juggernaut - Single Saber, Heavy Armor, Fear, Darkside Auras, Tank.
- Sith Marauder - Dual Wield Sabers, Armor, Saber fighting specialist, Melee DPS.
Jedi Knight.
- Jedi Sentinel - Dual Wield Saber, Saber fighting specialist, Melee DPS.
- Jedi Guardian - Single Saber, Heavy Armor, Leadership, Party Buffs, Tank.
Imperial Agent.
- Operative - Blaster Rifle, Energy Blade, Stealth, Burst Ranged damage.
- Sniper - Sniper Rifle, Cover, Ambush, Orbital Strikes, Ranged DPS.
Jedi Consular.

I'll probably end up being a Sith Juggernaut. Heavy tanks seem the best fit for my play-style.
Still kinda sad that I cant remake my imperial wookie.... :(

Yeah, I was one of a kind. And the faction penalties showed it. I was a damn general in their ranks and the still hated me. :-\

I'm leaning toward the burst DPS. Will have to do some testing and see which one is better at launch.
And Yes, I will miss your wookie as well. It's not that we hated him for being a wookie, We just never trusted him fully.

I'm probably going to go with Jedi Guardian, as armour and Lightsabres are too cool a combination to not love!
For Sith, I'll go Bounty Hunter, most likely DPS. Finally be able to dual weild pistols, unlike my Master BH/Master Pistolier back in SWG.

The funniest thing about Ewoks is during the rogue Rogue Wraith squadron novels, Wedge Antilles sets out misnformation about an ace X-wing Ewok pilot, and eventually has to act it out ;) (using a stuffed ewok id like to add)
