Someone ate my skillpoints?

Noticed today when I logged in that I'm missing skillpints...
For example I've lost about 1day of minmatar BS so I'm not at V anylonger. And I've not died in a outdated clone so weird... petitioned it but suspect they will do their usual shit and claim I have died in a outdated clone or some other stupidity.

(trust in ccp customer support??? nah not me...)

Thats messed up for sure.

When you do get an answer, if it isnt satisfactory, ESCALATE it - the better gms are senior and dont do much frontline. so Escalation is usually a good thing.

I'm so surprised "not"...
Your clone wasn't adequate (and I'm 1000000% sure i had upgraded it)
So i'm screwed as usual with their so called customer support

Escalate - especially has you havent died recently as you said in the OP.  Got to be something up.
