Aye - it's on the action list as the first thing to do for people going down there.  We have full access to the stations down there which inc JC's.

Surely getting JC's done and housed im Empire before people leave is better. That way they dont have to come all the way back to move the things as they are already in place?

Moons are a decent way to make cash for little effort from what i understand, even without making the t2 stuff.
I have a feeling our best option (apart from w-space eventually) is to focus on cap-production. With access to the 0.0 minerals we should be able to increase and get into production of "real" capitals which could lead to us being more interesting for a alliance to allow us to become full members so to speak.

As I see it this is a good first step towards a non-determined goal
