Thank god!
Having star trek geeks trying to roleplay Klingons should be priceless!  :D

Smart thinking!
If you'd had them put it in the right hand you would have trouble mousing with it.  ;)

For you Eve-ers, it's on Steam for 5 quid. So you may be able to do one of these weird tell-a-friend offers going while paying for a new alt.

Well, playing for 1 hour druing the WBW taught me that my pc still doesn't like lotro - it got stuck in a loading screen between the Bree bank and outside.
True to form, it also didn't allow me to relog to Snowbourne on any character after that.
Soooo...I'm not coming back.  :(

Yea, I was just talking to a friend about how many games I still had shelved while checking out the Steam offers.
The conversation went something like: "I won't have to buy any more games for a whi...OooOoh, Batman: AA on sale!"
Pondering what to do now.  ???

Not exactly a Steam deal, but the guys at Gameplay have a little competition: tell them what your 10 favorite games of 2009 were, and they may send you a custom Xbox.
I think there's only one though. Still, you don't have to buy anything, and at the cost of sending one email with 10 titles in it, it may be worth a shot.
Oh, and the bloody competition is only open for you bloody brits. :P

Yea, but is it FPS-shooter like (or 3rd person shooter as it may be) or do attacks go in "turns", like in wow/war? (depending on attack speeds of weapons etc)
The latter seems less suitable for mostly ranged combat to me.

Odd that ground combat is dull, I remember having played a good star trek shooter a few years back.
On the other hand, if they went turn-based with (mostly) just phasers, that sounds dull as hell :)

I think Kurtt feels stronger about it than I do, but he's right. ;)
