Yes Level 55

6 Khazad Steel, 3 purchased compnents, 2 Mithril Flakes ( 3 if book used) 35% chance of crit (70 with book)

18%, crits and -2.8 gathering (20% crits -3 gathering on Superior)

again Gladin is my Man, he currently has ALL recipes in Stock (as they are dropped), only 1 book left (any Supreme metalsmith book recipes would be gratefully recieved by polo)  He has metal but no flakes ( i have lots on beornagar however)
