Anttiri: Can Tippers: Corp: Life is Experience

These guys are, as their CEO put it, inviting people to PvP in Anttiri by tipping cans.

They operate out of the Moon V Moon 21 station when they're in Anttiri.
If you warp from the Sun to the station you'll be roughly aligned with the undocking hanger of the station.
Most of the players I've seen in Anttiri are 6-8 months old.

Caprotti tends to fly a Mrymidon
HeronimusDH tends to fly a Ferox
Joost Caldari flies a Drake
Stainer flies a Raven
Byron Wolfshelm has been seen in a cloaking blockage runner
Vigilant Knight was last seen in a cruiser

Do they all flip cans with their combat ships or is it only the guy in the Blockade runner doing it and then the others come in to join the fight?

The blockade running was attempting to stealth (badly) which tipped their hand to having cloakers in the belt - when he decloaked I saw he was in the hauler.
The guy tipping the can was in a combat ship (although I can't remember his name currently) and came back with a friend a few mins later.

The reason I asked about rules of engagement - were realted to this.  There were 3 of them in the belt with only 1 showing aggression (flashing red).  I wasn't sure if opening fire on the aggressor would have allowed the rest of his corp to jump me.  I wasn't in a combat ship at the time - and while I would have engaged if I didn't have to worry about the rest - I wasn't clear of the rules..
