To celebrate the 3rd birthday of LOTRO (was last week actually), next week is a free "Welcome back week" for all people who have at some point had an active account in LOTRO.

Theres another going this week I understand - so more time to try it for the none lifetimers.

Low/Middle areas are busy again thanks to summer+this I think ;)

Quick question - Destiny Points are collated per server or per character?

Thanks was having a bit of a mare trying to remember.  Got a goodly amount Im tempted to use in which ever ways seem best for me :)
