2 weeks after ordering LOTRO, the status is still 'Packing' while the productdesc itself says the product is in store.
Has anyone else had this before? Status doesnt give a reason for the delay, and the help section doesnt really go into this sort of problem.

never had any issues with play anytime i order from them, returns likewise dealt easily and without fuss.

email em or suchlike and demand an answer ;)

I rang them up when I wanted to change my creditcard while I already pre-ordered Burning Crusade. Not the best phone line and the bloke had a tremendously thick Scottish accent, but it was sorted in 20 seconds.

Everything we've ever ordered from Play arrived perfectly.

So yeah... mail or phone, I guess. :(
