"Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. The bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take away from them the power to create money and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create money." Josiah Stamp (Governor Bank of England 1928-41)

Mirkwood looks really nice, also looks very shiny on the graphics front. There tweaks coming that I dont know about or is just that the new areas take better advantage of DX10?

/obligatory rant

Wheres Beorn's gaff? Wheres Thranduil's cavern palace? Wheres the spiders? ;)

(Oh right, NORTH of here in the rest of Mirkwood).

Seriously thouh, i do hope they expand mirkwood and possibly move us as far as Dale and even Erebor?

ill assume theyve actually got DX10 working  as the issues with it and LOTRo in the past meant i turned it off :)

unfortunately no screenies of scuttledelves, but apparently its multi levelled, narrow caverns with fallen tree bridges above your head for the upper levels and full of spiders ;)

the Scuttledells. I found myself describing them as a combination of an on-level Barrow-Downs and Nan Gurth on crack cocaine.

The thing about the Scuttledells are that they're a three-dimensional maze. You go up, down, all around through narrow chasms and gorges to get anywhere, while dealing with barghests and spiders.
