PART 1

Get Bink Video Tools.

Export the video you want to watch into WMV or AVI (Try WMV first since it worked out better for me.)
use Bink Video Tools and select the video you want to convert
Click on the button Bink It!
Leave the setting as it is and click Convert
Be patient and play Legend of Zelda Water Temple. (Not kidding.)
PART 2

Now you got the Bik file ready. Move them to C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\Eve Online\Res\CQ\Video\ or something like that...
Move all the old Bik files into a back? up directory on your desktop.
Copy the exported video bik file and change the file name to match the old one.

you should have made a movie of your ship spinning (or get one from youtube) and load that
thats station spinning without actually having to do manual labor = win

I like to spin different ships. Also still wouldnt be able to open the cargo holds with a simple double click.
