TLDR, basically Blizzard are chaning service provider in china. Old company has issues obviously and student killing baby killing tank driving commies step in and hold up the deal, loosing Blizz 5million subs (admittedly 5million people who pay alot less than anyone else to play.)
Doesnt affect anything much, but still a use for commies at last :D
