and sometime when it does, some are ignorant to know,

definetly, someone whos english is that good OBVIOUSLY works in the banking sector and as such id not only send him my name and adress id give him my bank details as well :)
i used to work in the banking sector and any banker in Taiwan speaks flawless engrish :)
id love to know who in their right mind believes this type of email phishing ,or the ones that tell you youve won a lottery you didnt even take part in :D

Old ladies beleive it alot and those new to the internet.
The victim stories always make for great reading as do the stories from those guys who scam the 419ers back :)

My mother almost fell for one of the scams. She started looking it up haha :)
