However I do wonder if the space commies (alliances having the cash not corps and 100% reinbursement) would work in poorer regions?
How much of test/goon income for their reimbursement comes from tech? Related to the amount of outposts they have which directly corresponds to their upkeep?
My personal opinion is that its a bit weak on the analysis of these parts when basically saying space commies is the best system ever. For example, how would this work in Scalding pass? or really anywhere not in the north? Suspect it might perhaps work in fountain/delve due to the still valuable r64 but their value does pale in comparison to the tech moons in the north.
So is the success of test/goons against IT more a result of tech and less of government?
