So being a fan of the books I heard that the characters appear in Altdorf so before I logged last night I scourded every pub in Altdorf to no avail but one of them (The screaming cat or something) was closed.

Anyway finally found out it doesnt open up until the city gets higher ranked and the characters appear at Rank 5 for the city. They then dish out quests supposedly. However one other site said they were in the Mastiff but as the other place was closed it makes more sense that they'll be in there when it opens up.

I'm assuming the city rank goes up based on which side is winning the overall RVR.

I heard if Altdorf falls they are raid bosses for destro.

i tried to get in to see the emperor and the door is locked until city level 3

ive found other locked things that unlock at other levels so i for one cant wait to explore on level up :)

City ranks up as city quests, open world mobs are killed (important ones) and T4 rvr and PVE stuff is done (The latter aids in that the most apparently), so we probably wont see any cities level for maybe another couple of weeks :)

I noticed the IC leveled to 2 last night when I was playing. The Destro boys must be fairly going at it.

Nope.

Was a world wide prize for the them winning some primarily US beta thing.
