Quam have a titan. Quam are in Puppets.

Thats the one that I know of in that alliance. There maybe more though I havent heard about about or figured out on my own.

There has to be support in system as well as a supporting cap fleet somewhere nearby.

Probably want to provoke us and arcane to attack and hopefully deal a decisive strike to "our" fleet and then be able to take more space in that area. Perhaps even provoke PL or SoT to intervene.
