Just the use of no resistance.
Seems it was a bug. Destruction got in through the back-door (which is reserved only for Order characters to get in; IC has a similar door for Destro too) without having to break in. The zones on that server have been reset (there should be a 36 hour "free-looting" after the sacking) and Altdorf on that server has been returned to rank 2 (it should be rank 1 after the sacking).
The interesting part is, that the same bug was in beta and reported the by the European testers during the last days of CB (European testers were testing the end tiers while USA testers were focusing on the initial tiers). Either this bug report never went to Mythic, or they didn't yet have time to fix it (presuming nobody would yet be able to actually overrun two T4 areas this fast), or it was fixed in a non-complete way.
